Hope everyone's getting ready for a super Summer! For many of us, thanks to low carb, we'll be wearing cute Summer clothes that might have been out of the question a year ago. Shopping for new things is one of the most fun parts of getting in shape and losing the weight.

All of us at Low Carb Luxury wish all you hard working mothers out there a joyous Mother's Day. Of all the rights of women, the greatest is to be a mother.

And on a personal note, this issue is dedicated to my own Mother, Louisa, who taught me to cook, taught me to love, and taught me strength and stubbornness. I love you, Mom, and I'll see you on the other side...
