As the low carb, sugar free, and specialty food industries have continued to grow and become embraced by mainstream outlets, more and more
events, shows, conferences, and summits are held to fine-tune our direction. They're places to learn,
to network, to make and keep relationships... Often, however, these events have surprisingly little
consumer-focused representation. And that's where Low Carb Luxury comes in... we represent the consumer
and their interests and have no corporate agenda of our own. We report on the facts, try to
sort out the clutter, and do our best to bring to the attention of the manufacturers the issues and concerns
we hear from you, our readers.
Getting Involved...
This doesn't mean that you can't be involved personally. Many of these events are open to anyone to attend
(though most carry registration fees.) We encourage those that care about how this industry will develop
over the coming months and years to make their voices heard by attending one or more shows each year.
If that's not possible for you, make sure Neil and I know what issues matter most to you. We're there
to be your voice.
